During the Gas hydrate reaction process, heat transfer and reaction are the key technologies that control the reaction rate and increase production of hydrate therefore, in this paper, based on the relevant gas hydrate research results at home and abroad, Through different promoter concentrations hydration reaction experiment system,,It reveals the relationship of different factors between temperature field distribution and Accelerator ratio, Hydration reaction rate and the reaction heat, then the mathematical model of coupling relationship between heat transfer and reaction during the gas hydrate reaction process is established. This article research results have important scientific significance and application value for the subsequent research.Using the hydration reaction device which is equipped with array type temperature sensor, three kinds(1.containing THF and blank Systems, 2, optimizing the concentration of SDS in THF/SDS complex system,3, optimizing the concentration of THF in THF/SDS complex system)of hydrate formation experiment researches start at the condition that Initial environment temperature and accelerant mixture is 1 ℃ and the pressure of gas sample is 5MPa. Researches show that 1.Promoter(SDS、THF) concentration has certain influence for temperature distribution and temperature field of hydration heat of reaction in different levels of the gas hydrate reaction system.2. In The same reaction system of gas hydrate reaction process, the upper-middle-class temperature field temperature rise rate is the fastest and the lower is the slowest. 3. In the Different promoters of the combination solution,through optimizing the SDS we found that When its concentration is 0.5 mol/L, both heat production rate and the average temperature of the system are the highest, and gas hydrate reaction amount is more than other systems, Effect is the best. Through optimizing the SDS we found that when its concentration is 1 mol/L, both heat production rate and the average temperature of the system are the highest, and gas hydrate reaction amount is more than other systems, Effect is the best.4. THF/SDS combination solution improves the gas hydrate thermodynamic conditions of separation process and the conversion rate between gas and water, affects the temperature field distribution of different hydration system. 5. Based on the experimental study, under different concentrations of SDS promoter action in gas hydrate reaction, heat transfer and reaction coupling model is established, it does the groundwork for studying of hydrate and modifying the parameters.Abundant valuable experimental data, cure charts, photo materials and research productions presented in the paper will provides a theoretical basis and practical foundation for the characteristics of the temperature field in the gas hydration process and the study of the control of the heat transfer mechanism in further develop.
