Heavy metal pollution is one of a challenging issue facing the environment in our country, the arsenic pollution is its top priority, is one of five main heavy metal pollution in our country, this article analyze the high arsenic iron slag in the study, through the sample chemical composition of slag, slag composition and content of the sample, and microstructure characteristics were analyzed, and the high arsenic using microorganism removing arsenic and iron slag sulfuric acid pickling dearsenifying process comparison research, on the basis of process integration experiments, the effect of removing arsenic and its mechanism were studied. Studies show that the acid leaching-biological combination dearsenifying process, which can realize the depth of the high arsenic arsenic in iron slag removal, can effectively solve the arsenic pollution emissions, at the same time, through to the related technology on slag samples, can improve the quality of high arsenic iron slag iron, which can achieve the management of arsenic pollution, and realize the effective utilization of resources. The results show that:(1) using9k in the medium to high arsenic iron slag after the indigenous microbial purification of a particular bacteria in pure culture, through to the bacteria identification, the bacteria belong to Bacillus genus. Of the high arsenic slag by using the purified cultured bacteria biological dearsenifying test, test results show that:in the pulp concentration is5%, the best temperature for30℃under the condition of cycle within14days of the leaching of arsenic waste residue in the effect is best. High arsenic content of arsenic in iron slag can be reduced to3.92%.(2) using sulfuric acid leaching method, it is concluded that the concentration of15%, solid-liquid ratio of1:3, stirring speed in the case of a300RPM, high arsenic arsenic content in the iron slag can be reduced to4.177%. Considering a pickling process removing arsenic effect is not ideal, so innovation adopted two section of sulphuric acid leaching process, high arsenic arsenic in iron slag removal rate can reach94.5%.(3) the acid leaching-biological combination dearsenifying process of high arsenic removing arsenic iron slag processing, found that the double period of acid leaching- microbial leaching process, the optimum, the effect of removing arsenic can be high arsenic and iron slag in arsenic content reduced to0.23%, the sulfuric acid leaching-bacteria liquid add-sulfuric acid leaching process, high arsenic and iron slag in arsenic content reduced to0.52%, its on the efficiency and maneuverability can achieve the best comprehensive benefit.(4) by means of removing arsenic arsenic form and content in the slag samples before and after reaction were analyzed, and found that using sulfuric acid leaching unwinding process is mainly carried out on the state of high arsenic oxide slag sample dissolving, thus from the solid phase in the slag sample dissolution into the liquid phase and removal; And microbiological leaching technology is the core sample of arsenopyrite class form oxidation and removal of arsenic.
