Large amount of manure were produced by the pig farms because of the way of modern pig raising industry, Although farmers have taken a series of steps to tackle the problem. The current results proved disappoint, the truth that the environment problems have not completely solved. So a new practical type should be needed, its exploitation has greatly scientific and economic value. In recent years, animalcule is playing more important role in the wastewater treatment. However, the function that microbes can degrade organic attracts large number of researchers’s attention, The truth that it has a good application perspective on the environment problems. the text aims to study the wastewater treatment which is apply to large-scale farming, a total of10strains was selected from some swine fermentation bed, physiological and biochemistry reaction and the total genomic DNA were analyzed and identified, what’s more, the basic conditions of the solid-state fermentation medium and process were then studied, the best dispose conditions and processing. the results are as following:1) Separation tests were carried on strains from some fermentation, cultured with the swine wastewater. One with the highest ability of swine wastewater purification was extracted by measuring the change of COD and ammonium. Result showed that47.1%of COD and54.4%of ammonium in the swine wastewater were degraded by the strain, it also proved that it is well on organic destruction.2) To identified the strain3, a series of experiment were maded, on the basis of morphological observation and physiological and biochemical test, a preliminary inspection that strain3is a strain of Bacillus. In further experiments, Identified by the total genomic DNA as Bacillus cereus.3) Through single factor test initially set up a suitable for Bacillus cereus solid fermentation medium optimization formula. The condition of solid fermentation medium is optimized by orthogonal experiment and the best condition is obtained. Do the same to analysis the best fermentation technique, respectively, the optimal medium for the B. cereus was as follows:soybean meal, rice husk and bran were homogenized at a ratio of2:9:9(dry weight), moisture content and pH were50%and 6.5, the KH2PO4and MgSO4·7H2O was1.5%and0.1%, respectively. The B. cereus grew best with the fermentation temperature of30℃and the inoculums content of3%, and reached3.81×108CFU/g.4) Furthermore, the thesis was discussed a device mixture of100g of B.cereus that it does go through a fermentation process and litter, which separated into two groups, one is composed of sawdust and rice hull, another is composed of sawdust, rice hull and straw. To measure COD and ammonium change in swine wastewater. Adding low and high levels of swine wastewater to the device under different temperature. Results showed that69.8%of COD and94.5%of ammonium were degraded by device under the optimal condition, The B.cereus can purified the organics is a feasible method to remedy swine wastewater.In general, B. cereus can remove organics effectively from hogpen wastewater, it has good application foreground in environmental protection.
