Eurotium cristatum is the advantage of microorganisms in Fuzhuan brick tea, which plays an important role in the fermentation process, the number of jinhua determines the quality of the brick tea. In order to rich the germplasm resources of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan brick tea, the study samples from large parts of China which to seperate the advantage microorganisms-Eurotium cristatum and to study on taxonomy, The main results were as follows:(1)The screening and identification of five" jinhua" strains. Isolated23"jinhua"strains from102kinds of Fuzhuan brick tea which collected in China,5stability and differences shapes strains had gained (4,16, B1, B3, B7). With morphological phenotypes, the structural characteristics under electron microscopy and molecular biology Identified that the five srains were Eurotium cristatum.(2)Morphological taxonomic study.5Strains of Eurotium cristatum have different on morphological characteristics and micro structure vary under electron microscope on C20,16strains has the largest difference, under electron microscopy16strains of ascospore appears more holes near the "equator", This had never been reported in previous literature, at the same time,in the experiment of antagonism, B7and16strains with other strains did not produce obvious antagonistic effect, but a weak barrier formed between them. Studies have shown that Eurotium cristatum due to the geographical and environmental factors appeared the species or subspecies, B7or16strains may be was species or subspecies of Eurotium cristatum.(3)Molecular taxonomic study. By18SrDNA and ITS these two kinds of techniques for5Eurotium cristatum classification, the study found that18SrDNA for the identification of fungal species is an effective tool, but the study of interspecific and intraspecific flawed. Test5Eurotium cristatum of18SrDNA basically exactly the same, but there have been differences ITS sequences through phylogenetic tree, on the16of clustering as a class separate strains, indicating that the remaining four strains of the16kinship with less strain far, may Eurotium cristatum a variant or subspecies.(4)Chemical taxonomic studies. Esterase isoenzyme test using the classification of the five studies, in esterase isozyme patterns and phylogenetic tree constructed found in different coefficient of0.75, five strains classified into4groups,16and B7classified as a class, each of the remaining three strains classified as a category, indicating that strains16and B7distant kinship between the other three strains and, further evidence of strains16and B7may Eurotium cristatum varieties or subspecies.
