Isolated23"jinhua"strains from102kinds of Fuzhuan brick tea which collected in China,5stability and differences shapes strains had gained (4,16, B1, B3, B7). With morphological phenotypes, the structural characteristics under electron microscopy and molecular biology Identified that the five srains were Eurotium cristatum.(2)Morphological taxonomic study.5Strains of Eurotium cristatum have different on morphological characteristics and micro structure vary under electron microscope on C20,16strains has the largest difference, under electron microscopy16strains of ascospore appears more holes near the "equator", This had never been reported in previous literature, at the same time,in the experiment of antagonism, B7and16strains with other strains did not produce obvious antagonistic effect, but a weak barrier formed between them.
