Urban river pollution has become an important factor in water quality and ecological environment of Kunmin. In order to mitigating the pollution of Dianchi Lake, it’s imperative to cut down pollution load into the lake. In Kunming, Old grain transport channel is one of35inflow rivers to Dianchi Lake, according to statistics, it is also one of nine polluted rivers in Dianchi Lake, the current situation of water quality is worse V. Although the water pollutants of Old grain transport channel is low, the ratio of C/N/P in the sewage is imbalance, which is easy to cause water eutrophication, increasing the difficulty of dispose.This paper based on Old grain transport channel, researching on adsorption characteristic of fillers, looking for the suitable carbon source. Adjusting different operation parameters to study the baffling fillings bed’s strengthen denitrification and phosphorus removal for low C/N ratio, low phosphorus concentration<lmg/L) of city river sewage. And then, we have use experience to run on the pilot plant, in order to verify the effect. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Boths of cement wood and coal cinder have certain ability to adsorb phosphorus. In low concentration of phosphorus solution, the Langmuir biggest adsorption quantity of cement wood is149.25mg/kg; the Langmuir biggest adsorption quantity of coal cinder is7.24mg/kg. In Freundlich equation,1/n of Cement bricks is0.3832.Cement wood’s adsorption ability is stronger than coal cinder, and absorption reaction is more likely to happen.(2) The research on alternative selecting and release rate test in6kinds of carbon source (Wood, Reed stalk, Bamboo, Roses stalk, Sunflower stalk, Newspaper) showed that:in environment of absence microorganisms, wood is the most suitable slow-release carbon source. The wood’s average release quantity is0.59mg/g, and it release less nitrogen and phosphorus. Wood could release carbon source last about65days, which is the most suitable for slow release carbon source.(3) At the state of10cm/d hydraulic load, After adding wood, TP removal rate of baffling fillings bed is70.80%more or less, but quantity of TN is7.50+0.55mg/L, TN removal rate increased to41.64%.(4) At the state of10cm/d hydraulic load, reflux ratio is1:0.5, in the small pilot plant with wood,TN removal rate is37.57%, NH4+-N removal rate is97.98%, TP removal rate is68.56%, so the system is more stable. Changes of reflux ratio can improve the removal rate of N4+-N. For the higher concentration of NH4+-N wastewater, we can adopt appropriate reflux ratio to improve the denitrification ability.(5) In the pilot scale test, during the rainy season, the removal rates of TN, NH4+-N, TP are88.34%,82.78%,83.12%; during non-rainy season, the removal rates of TN, NH4+-N, TP are68.16%,65.84%,83.24%.
