Tumen river is located in the climatic province with rich solar energy,heat and water resources.The area of rice paddies and output accounts within Tumen river basin play a big role in the whole country. Reservoir is an important artificial wetland that remodeled by manual work from a natural river wetland and it’s one of the basic method to affect natural environment by manpower.The research of ecosystem services has now become the front and hot spot of ecology.Recently,the ecology environment of rice paddies are destroyed along with the rapid economic and population development and the construction of traffic facilities, but the reservoir area is increasing.Therefore,an accurately evaluation of Tumen river basin’s artificial ecosystem will help to realize the sustainable development of artificial wetland ecosystem.The research establish a reasonable evaluation system for artificial wetland ecosystem which combined profound of experts and scholars both at home and abroad and then evaluate the biomass,material production,gas regulation,flood control,environmental purification,landscape and culture function,regulate green house gases all those main functions upon the date from 1990,2000 and 2010 with the following methods such as alternative market method,the market value method, Swedish carbon tax code,forestation costing,industrial oxygen,shadow engineering method.The result of the evaluation were compared.The result shows that, in the year of 1990,2000 and 2010,the net worth of artificial wetland ecosystem were 3,039,738,000 yuan,4,659,716,500 yuan,and 7,614,167,300 yuan,while the positive value were 3,072,253,800 yuan,4,688,984,500 yuan and 763,855,490,000 yuan but the negative value shows respectively 29,268,000 yuan,24,387,600 yuan and 325,158,000 yuan.All those data indicate that the value of artificial wetland ecosystem is huge and shows an increasing trend.Meanwhile,the value of regulating the temperature and humidity control played a big role in the past 20 years which means manual work of reservoir construction do affect the wetland ecosystem a lot.Due to the decrease of the rice paddies the negative value of greenhouse gases turned out to show in a decreasing trend.The research concluded that the function of gas regulation is the most sensitive by the sensitivity analysis.This study indicates that the artificial ecosystem services of Tumen river basin are now in a increasing trend and will make a sustainable contribution to human productive activities.But the destruction of rice paddies is still an alarm that the government shall pay attention to.The research may provide a good foundation for constructing the ecological agriculture and ecological fishery,even for the further study in artificial wetland ecosystem and a better management.
