The Research And Design Of High Voltage Pulse Electric Field Generator Used In The Degradation Pesticide Residue Of Fruit And Vegetable

In recent years, poisoning incidents caused by large scale of pesticide in vegetables and fruits happened from time to time. How to resolve the pesticide residue efficiently and quickly has become a worldwide key issue. The current technology to handle the pesticide residue includes methods of physical, chemical and biological. High voltage pulsed electric field, as a kind of advanced oxidation process of physics and chemistry, has the synergy effect of all the above method, with high efficiency and feasibility. So using high voltage pulse to resolve the pesticide residue has become a economic way nowly.As high voltage pulse has a bright future, in this paper we developed a whole high voltage electric field generator, which can produce high voltage electric field with adjustable pulse amplitude, width, frequency and numbers.Below is a brief introduction:1. The high voltage pulse generator in this paper consists of main circuit, voltage regulation circuit and control circuit. In the voltage regulation circuit, we use the MCU and A/D converter to form a pulse width adjustable circuit, which has the function of voltage regulation, voltage stabilization and digital control. The push-pull circuit in the inverter circuit can easily achieve voltage contravariant and booster. The peak-buffer-absorbing circuit can decrease the diode’s withstanding voltage, ease the selection of power switcher, and improve the output waveform.2. With the application of MCU and LED indicator, the control circuit is with excellent man-machine interaction. And the application of simple triode makes a practical power switching drive circuit.3. This system using VB language designed and produced a set of computer control system, which involved with the acquisition and display of information, pulse parameter settings of lower computer. It realize the function of communication between computer and lower computer.4. In the design of the processing chamber, application of water conductive ability to replace the traditional electrode, can better transmit electric energy to the processed objects, which can better realize the degradation of pesticide in vegetables and fruits.
