This paper presents a rotated casting of semi-solid slurry preparation method,experiment equipment was developed independently. Study the process parameters on the effect of Al- Cu alloy semi-solid microstructure, finally the computer numerical simulation software AnyCasting rotated casting process was simulated in the solidification process of Al- Cu alloy.The experimental results show that rotated pouring method and the device can achieve the anticipated effect preliminary, it can achieve ideal of semi-solid slurry preparation. Research is mainly focused on the pouring temperature and mold temperature on the influence of Al- Cu alloy semi-solid organization. When pouring temperature is 690 ℃, mould preheat to 100 ℃ condition, primary α-Al nearly spherical particles is small. When pouring temperature is 700 ℃, mould preheat to100 ℃ condition, primary α-Al nearly spherical particles is smaller. When pouring temperature to 710 ℃, primary α-Al became dendrites. The experimental results show that with the increase of pouring temperature, the resulting organization closer to spherical, organization more even. In the mould preheating compared with the condition of no preheating, at the same pouring temperature, preheating mold is more advantageous to the condition of semi-solid forming of the microstructure.The numerical simulation results show that the rotated speed determines the alloy liquid flow in the rotated mixing, when rotated speed is less than 18 ° / s, alloy liquid in contact with the material at the bottom of the barrel just moment of flow rate is less than the critical speed 0.5 m/s; Cylinder material, wall thickness and pouring temperature affected the rotated in the process of the mixed liquid alloy cooling curve.The influence of material wall thickness is the largest, The influence of pouring temperature is smaller, The influence of the cylinder material is minimal; In semi-solid slurry uniformity of temperature field for the evaluation index and considering the semi-solid slurry of solid, Optional condition for cylinder material for steel, wall thickness is 1 mm and the conditions for the cylinder material for iron,material wall thickness is 1 mm, pouring temperature 680 ℃.Conditions for thecylinder material for iron, material wall thickness is 1 mm, pouring temperature of680 ℃ is the optimal conditions.
