The synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates is part of the organic synthesis, is also an important part in the process of drug synthesis. Knoevenagel condensation reaction because of its mild reaction conditions, simple operation and the applicable range of substrates and become the most widely used basic reactions in organic synthesis chemistry, one of the product of the reaction can be used as chemical raw materials in the process of drug synthesis process or chemical products, pharmaceutical intermediates.It is reported that the Knoevenagel condensation reaction of traditional catalyst with amine, organic alkali, Lewis acid, ammonium salt, and other various types of salt, these catalysts are homogeneous catalysis, catalyst after reaction is not easy to separate, also can cause secondary pollution, so we explore to solve these problems, finally found an effective catalyst- metal organic skeleton compounds(MOFs).Metal- Organic skeleton compound(Metal- Organic Frameworks, MOFs), often referred to as Metal ions and Organic ligands with periodic network structure are formed by self-assembly process of Metal- Organic skeleton crystal materials, it has high specific surface, size control, easy to functional characteristics. MOFs materials for the coordination of metal ions can be used as a Lewis acid, organic ligand can easy functionalization of various kinds of basic reactive, acid and alkali synergistic catalytic Knoevenagel condensation reaction, and the heterogeneous catalysis, catalyst after reaction is easy separation, also can be repeated use.The research content of this article is mainly:1, three kinds of metal organic skeleton compound- Mn- synthesis of MOFs.2, metal organic skeleton compounds(MOFs)- characterization: infrared(IR), XRD, thermogravimetric(TGA), fluorescence, uv, physical adsorption and chemical adsorption(CO2 / NH3 TPD- MS).3, benzaldehyde, nitriles ethyl acetate as the substrate of the Knoevenagel condensation reaction as the probe reaction, the comparison of three kinds of Mn-MOFs reactivity. The effect of precipitation reaction activity and repeated use.
