The experiment by planting corn where reached the national standard of the secondary pollution of soil Pb in soil (350 mg/kg),using pot experiment study the repair effect of different bacterial manure application of various maize varieties (Changyu Jindan Dazheng).Through the comparison between different varieties of different biological effects (plant enzyme activity, photosynthetic efficiency, soil enzyme activity and heavy metal content, etc.),Find out the best repair maize varieties and researches surueyed to provide scientific basis for soil restoration. The experimental results showed that:(1)Under the heavy metal lead stress,application of bacterial manure promoted the growth of maize at seeding stage.Compared with CK,the maize plant height improved from 26%-30.6%.The treatment of Changyu ang Dazheng variety with 200g/pot bacterial manure application improved the highest plant height.For the Jindan increase most dosage of bacterial manure application is 50g/pot.And the increase rate of fresh weight ranged from 11.2%-35.1%.The treatment of Changyu variety with 200g/pot bacterial manure application improved the highest fresh weight,and for the Jindan ang Dazheng is 100g/pot.(2)Application of bacterial manure could improved three varieties of corn the chlorophyll content,but the effect of different application rates vary.The treatment of Changyu and Jindan variety with 200g/pot bacterial manure showed the highest chlorophyll content,compared with CK increased by 29.1% and 38.1%,for the Dazheng the best bacterial manure is 100g/pot,increased 43.2%.(3)The enzyme activity of maize at seeding stage effects include POD activity,SOD activity and CAT activity.Changyu POD activity reached the maximum at the 50g/pot bacterial manure application,SOD activity and CAT activity optimal fertilizer application rates is 200g/pot.The POD activity and SOD activity of Jindan optimal fertilizer application rates same with Changyu,CAT activity optimum bacterial fertilizer fertilizer of Jindan is 100g/pot.POD activity,SOD activity and CAT activity of Dazheng best bacterial manure application amount is 100g/pot.(4)Corn seedling stage of heavy metal lead is absorbed by the roots.Compared with non-application of fertilizer,the above ground adsorption of heavy metals lead had improved 17.0%-40.1%,roots increase 19.5%-20.6%.After maize mature the lead without apparent from underground part part of the migration to the ground,and the grain can be used as feed.Two periods of Dazheng best bacterial fertilizer application rate is 100g/pot. The best amount of researches have no obvious regularity of Jindan and Changyu corn.(5)After applying fertilizer,three varieties maize soil enzyme activities (catalase, sucrase, urease, alkaline phosphatase) were improved. Compared with no applied fertilizer, catalase activity improve to 14.2%-46.3%.sucrase activity improve 2.9%-7.3%.Urease gain of 13.5%-34.2%.Phosphatase improve 3.0%-4.9%.All fertilizer application rate,only Dazheng 100g/pot of fertilizer application rate on its own antioxidant enzymes effects are the best,Changyu and Jindan antioxidant enzyme improve is not present in the same kind of fertilizer application quantity.(6)As the bacterial feilizer increased,three varieties of corn lead of Fe-Mn oxide combination reduced; The organic combination increased and then decreased, At 100g/ pot fertilizer application rate,bacterial feilizer was the lowest.The exchangeable corn of Changyu and Jindan fluctuated style changes, The corn of Dazheng was first increasing and then decreasing; The residual fraction of Jindan and Dazheng corn was decreasing first and then increasing, At 100g/pot fertilizer application rate, inorganic feilizer was the lowest,there was little changes in the Changyu corn;The carbon combination of the corn increased first and then decreased.(7)There was no law in the effect of fertilizer on the enrichment factor and transfer coefficient of Changyu and Jindan corn, at the 100g/pot,the effect of inorganic feilizer on the Dazheng corn was the most obvious.;The enrichment factor and transfer coefficient of Dazheng corn reached a maximum when bacterial fertilize application rate was 100g/pot.
