Plane physical simulation method in ultra-low permeability reservoir is a very effective way to study the seepage law and remaining oil distribution in low permeability or ultra-low permeability reservoir. This method can also be used to choose the best well pattern to make full use of the reservoir. This article not only detailed the composition and main equipment of the experimental system, but also illustrated their working principle and using method. Two examples of application of using this system to stimulate blocks of china’s oil are as references are listed. A series of experimental methods of physical simulation of plane outcrop model in ultra-low permeable reservoir are initially formed. An effective way of studying the seepage law and production index prediction or well pattern adjustment is provided. The main research results are summarized as follows:1. To adapt to the demand of the high pressure experiment, several necessary technologies for making the models have been formed. The key techniques such as manual cutting and filling technology, high pressure vacuum and saturation technology, dynamic saturation measuring technology, high pressure oil flooding water multidirectional partition model bound water technology, interface design and packaging provided a solid foundation for high pressure experiment, and ensured the smooth progress of the follow-up study.2. In the process of the measurement of saturation in plane model, combining the theory of resistivity log, formed consider the value of n in Archie’s formulas calibration fitting section function, and combined with the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) saturation measurement calibration, the model in a certain extent, improved the accuracy of saturation measurement.3. In the process of realization of micro-fracture reservoir simulation, using the equivalent continuum model of fractured low permeability reservoirs permeability tensor theory, put forward the ideal uniform distribution under the condition of micro-fracture simulation theory and non-linear seepage software for numerical simulation of the composite crack and model related parameters, formed a set of effective simulation method.4. After the physical simulation of hydraulic fracturing cracks and micro-cracks in block A encryption well group D, examined the method of ultra-low permeability model high voltage vacuum saturated water and the maneuverability of the method of bound water. Micro-fracture reservoir simulation is proved successful and normal operation of the high pressure system and the feasibility of supporting technology. Through the diagram obtained from recovery degree and moisture content under certain conditions, micro-fracture reservoir can improve the ultimate recovery of the conclusion, and the corresponding explains the practical problems encountered in the field production.5. After a physical simulation experiment of C8 reservoir of a certain oilfield in 7 point method combined well pattern of horizontal Wells in vertical Wells. This verified the staged fracturing of horizontal Wells and vertical Wells network simulation is successful. A good foundation for further physical simulation of other forms of well pattern has been provided. To the selection of oil field injection water quantity and pressure also have corresponding guiding significance.
