Simultaneous heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification (SND) Heterotrophic which and aerobic was is a new biological nitrogen removal technology, not only can simultaneous removal of nitrogen and carbon in sewage, and in the denitrification process without additional adding carbon source, can achieve complete nitrification and denitrification process in the same reactor, ammonia nitrogen is converted directly to gaseous nitrogen compounds and the discharge, to solve the traditional wastewater treatment process between the economic application and processing efficiency contradiction, also nitrification and denitrification process of part of acid and alkali can neutralize each other, reducing the amount of buffer. But snd there also exist some problems, such as difficult in the aerobic denitrification process completely consumed products of heterotrophic nitrification process, easy to cause the accumulation of intermediates, which makes difficult to achieve control of the operation process. In addition, the mechanism of SND on the treatment of high concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater and Its Denitrification mechanism should be further explored. This paper for processing to obtain high concentration of ammonia nitrogen containing salt water efficient snd denitrification strains, from salt lake sediment in isolated and screened a strain of snd denitrification strains, morphology and 16S rDNA analysis and identification, naming the Halomonas sp.KOl. To investigate the effects of carbon source, C/N ratio, initial pH and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen of Halomonas sp. K01 snd Denitrification:there is sodium succinate organic carbon source for denitrification; suitable C/N=5; showed higher in the initial pH 7.5-9 the scope of denitrification rate; when the ammonia concentration of 10000 mg/L,12 days average degradation rate is the highest. The results show that the strain KOI can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen in high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater by SND method. And the nitrogen removal process did not detect nitrate, nitrite and hydroxylamine, indicating that there is no accumulation of intermediate products. Halomonas sp. K01 had a strong tolerance to high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, and had a high denitrification rate and denitrification rate. The main components of landfill leachate were analyzed, and the effect of strain K01 and Z08 on the growth of landfill leachate and leachate treatment were explored. Halomonas sp. K01 is a moderately thermophilic bacterium with high tolerance to salt tolerance, and has high tolerance to high concentration of ammonia nitrogen in 10000 mg/L. The method of simultaneous heterotrophic nitrification aerobic denitrification is very important in the treatment of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
