The marine fouling do have mach harm on the performance and the service life of ship, A large number of sea creatures attaching to the hull of the hull not only increase the weight of the ship to increase the energy consumption while sailing, but also make corrosion on the hull so that the hull falis to guarantee the security. And an effective way to prevent fouling on the hull surface is using antifouling paint sprayed on the body of ship, in that method to prevent the sea creatures from adhering and to reduce the resistance of the fluid when sailing. In recent years, the research progress of the anti fouling paint tends to the directions of anti fouling, reducing resistance, environmental protection, etc., and the main research methods are also aimd at the material selection and technology. In the paper, some common powders and resins are used to process the microstructure of the surface to reach a certain anti fouling and drag reduction. The paper is based on the research of our group and the exploration of the hydrophobic surface of the micro textured paint, then explores a new and easy method to implement the operability of the process flow, using sandpaper attached different properties of powder with certain structure and properties, combined with the anti different antifouling paint to improve the antifouling performance. At present, there are some microscopic fluctuation and stacking structure being made, some samples show good hydrophobic property in hydrophobic.This paper studies the technology for:In the first primer on the roll of template construct micron surface roughness with certain cycle of ups and downs, Then on the surface of the thin spray we spray micro nano powder, finally spraying a layer of paint, in this way, the microstructure of micro textured coatings with micro nano structure is obtained. Influnce of the antifouling coating structure and properties on the morphology and structure of roller die roller surface micron, micro nano powder and paint with effect of resin film, etc. on the antifouling coating structure and properties are studied. The roll template mesh contain 100,200,400,800,1500 and 2000 mesh, micro nano powders are gas phase silica, nano zinc oxide and diatom powder, paint film forming resin respectively silicone resin, fluorocarbon resin and polyurethane emulsion etc. The results show that the proposed method can obtain the micro textured coating surface with a certain degree of micro fluctuation and nano stacking structure.,and have good performance. The greater the roughness of the coating is, the greater the friction resistance of the seawater is. Under the same conditions,2000 mesh rolling template surface state is more uniform, the higher the level of micro texture. Under the same conditions, the effect of technology on the poly two methyl silicone works best,as while the surface hydrophobicity shows the best. The micro texture techniques enhance the hydrophobic properties of the best three kinds of powder is SiO2.
