Since the birth of table tennis, tennis racket floor with the development of gradually upgrading. The current problems encountered tennis racket floor there are two aspects. First, innovation and development of table tennis bats bottom bottleneck; secondly, tennis racket missing backplane testing standards, resulting in non-uniform evaluation methods and unscientific. These factors are restricting the development of table tennis.Starting from improving the above situation, the paper choose table tennis racket plate commonly used materials Ayous, Limba, to DMDHEU namely nitrogen hydroxymethyl resin is a modified reagent, for seven different locations racket table tennis wood board, plywood, core board, using vacuum pressure method to different concentrations of the chemical modification solution immersed into the wood, the floor is made of small to large order of weight control group (65-75g), modified table tennis racket bottom plate (68-75g), tennis racket modified chassis (70-85g), modified plywood table tennis racket floor (95-110g). Experimental conclusion, table tennis racket with control plate prepared with different concentrations of modified splint blank group increased by 2.3% to 9% compared to its resilience, elasticity modulus increase of 1.5%-17%, the impact toughness decreased by 18%-54%, equilibrium moisture content decreased by 15%-18%. tennis racket modified backplane is superior to the detection of indicators modified table tennis racket bottom plate, but both are lower than the tennis racket modified plywood floor.From the detection indicators, evaluation methods, the paper, laser vibrometer, simulation tee rebound, DMA, flexural modulus of elasticity, impact, FFT, hardness, and other testing method for evaluating the floor tennis racket, from the data for the actual results, application of a strong tennis racket floor for certain characteristics, such as a single detection method does not fully react tennis racket backplane performance. But check the mechanical properties testing can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent modal analysis, finite element analysis.In summary, the use of nitrogen hydroxymethyl resin modification on the floor board of table tennis bats can significantly improve the mechanical properties, such modified chassis is suitable for professional athletes need to continue to carry out related work.
