Agricultural non-point pollution is the main reason of water eutrophication and is difficult to observe. Protecting the water sources and alleviating non-point source pollution is more important than the air pollution. The agricultural non-point pollution that Fujian is facing is a major problem during the construction of modern agricultural in the process of construction of ecological civilization and beautiful countryside.By analyzing the status, reason, harm and the alleviating problem in Fujian, the paper uses unit survey method to estimate the excess nitrogen and phosphorus emission levels to study the relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and agricultural economic growth. The empirical results show that there is an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and agricultural economic growth, the inflection point are 7900 yuan and 8000 yuan. The empirical results also show that the agricultural non-point source pollution in Fujian Province is at a high level equilibrium.Different countries and regions has made a lot of efforts in alleviating non-point source pollution, and has accumulated a bound of experience the provide Fujian the useful experience. According to the revelation of different countries and regions, the government should make efforts to strengthen government leadership and environmental regulations, category management the non-point source pollution, increase research investment in agricultural, establish public environmental willingness expression mechanism and find ways for the public participating in alleviating non-point source pollution.
