With the rapid development of national economy, the energy demand is also more and more big, all kinds of high carbon sulfur gas field development. This kind of raw material gas pressure is high, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, organic sulfur content is high, the complex process control plan, process operation is difficult, across the country, there is no mature experience for reference.In this paper, through the thorough analysis equipment operation condition, to determine the key factors influencing the selective absorption of carbon dioxide, revolves around how to improve the selective absorption technology. Use the professional software such as HYSIS process simulation, on the basis of the theoretical calculation result, guide the purification device, process optimization and adjustment including optimization of gas liquid ratio, solution concentration, solution temperature, absorption plate number, improve the ability of selective absorption of the solvents desulfurization process, the increase of co2 content in the gas transmission products.Through this lesson topic technology research and application of other devices in the plant, and achieved a substantial increase transmission goods volume, improve the economic benefit target; And greatly reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide, achieved the purpose of environmental protection.
