For large petrochemical enterprises, comprehensive sewage treatment plant wastewater discharge standards to ensure that the last barrier. With economic development, the state’s emphasis on environmental protection increased year by year, will gradually improve environmental management and assessment standards of the whole society. Currently TP emission standard:For large petrochemical enterprises comprehensive sewage treatment plants are performing a "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) is an emission standard, namely emission concentration limits perform TP 0.5 mg·L-1.A company sewage treatment plant currently used in the primary settling-Hydrolysis-Acidification-A/O processing technology, daily processing capacity of 120000 m3·d-1, On the average influent of input TP in 2013 is 4.72 mg-L"1, the average value of output TP is 1.76 mg·L-1, in order to meet national country increasingly stringent environmental management requirements, the task to investigate and study the current situation of a company sewage discharge, proposed emissions standards phosphorus stability program. The main contents:1. Determine into the sewage plant sources high concentration TP, TP cut from the source to explore methods.2, For the company’s wastewater treatment plant TP current emission levels, the end of the wastewater treatment plant effluent phosphorus chemical research carried out to determine the best chemical phosphorus removal, optimum mixing time, and ensure optimum precipitation time TP pharmaceutical dosage compliance.3, Effect from the sewage plant technology, and explore methods to improve the efficiency of biological phosphorus removal.4, Security schemes to lower scientific standards TP emissions.During the study based on mathematical modeling techniques to adjust operating parameters to avoid risks brought about in large-scale production, but also greatly enhance the scientific research process. Findings of this study can reduce sewage system TP emission values, provide strong support for the company’s continued development. Research could be applied in the company.
