Crude benzene hydrogenation process has been very mature and widely promotion and application.This paper researches technical innovation and process optimization about crude benzene hydrogenation oil extraction distillation system and solvent regeneration system of Tangshan zhongrun coal chemical industry limited company.With the continuous operation and optimization and modification of 20,000 tons coking crude benzene hydrogenation refining unit of zhongrun company, processing capability of crude benzol has been further strengthened. At the same time, some production problems were exposed. Such as, Extraction distillation and solvent recovery efficiency was low, product quality and yield was affected; Processing capability of extractive distillation column has reached a bottleneck and restricted the crude benzol processing capacity to further improve; Solvent regeneration system can’t effectively remove impurities and trace amounts of heavy constituent led to sulfolane degradation speed; Extraction distillation and solvent recovery tower smaller elasticity of operation can not adapt to fluctuations of raw materials, which will make tower operation difficult to control, etc.In view of the problems encountered in the production, we carried out a series of modification and optimization:The internal parts of extractive distillation system were transformed; Three benzene feed extractive distillation process was optimized for two benzene feed extractive distillation process; Solvent regeneration trough was transformed.After technology improvement, The whole device achieve optimization and upgrading and achieves the aim of stable operation and expansion.
