Fesibility Study On Fluidized Bed Technology To Replace The Traditional Granulation Technology Projec

Fluidized bed technology with high speed, high efficiency, low power consumption advantages, in the future will rely on their own advantages characteristics of fluidized bed technology, has been widely used in various manufacturing industries. In this paper, according to the characteristics of fluidized bed granulation technology research, detailed analysis of fluidized bed technology whether it can replace the traditional granulation technology.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, a large amount of literature on fluidized bed application at home and abroad, and summarizes the characteristics of extraction, factors affecting the granulation fluidized bed technology, in the production process of granulating process points for attention in operation and so on, the study of fluidized bed granulation effect on theory. Later through the pre consider planning, formulate the project feasibility report and screening of equipment manufacturers, equipment type, and finally determine the device user acceptance criteria.Through the actual equipment validation and granulating effect comprehensive test, compared with the fluidized bed granulation data with traditional granulation technology data, summarizes two kinds of granulating technology gap, in order to reflect the superiority of fluidized bed granulation technology. And compared with the actual operation of the various cost in consumption, energy consumption, production cost, saving labor and other aspects, fluidized bed technology has a considerable advantage. In the last part of this paper with empirical results as the final conclusion of this paper, fluidized bed technology can completely replace the traditional granulation technique, and is worth to be widely used in manufacturing industry.
