In this development, the tower organic aquasorb fertilizer were studied. The author of this thesis through lots of theory analysis and practice verification, using acrylic acid, acrylic amine as the main raw materials, manufactured with high water absorbency and good salt resistance of water absorbent materials. At the same time, with cheap weathered coal as raw material, through the process of selection and operation optimization of weathered coal, were successfully fabricated with ammoniated, ideal water solubility and higher economical efficiency of ammonium humate, together with the insurance agent, as half finished tower aquasorb fertilizer prepared with organic.Due to the differences of water and fertilizer retention tower and ordinary organic fertilizer raw material performance, need to conduct technological transformation of the original tower production facilities. By adding the powder heater, fine broken etc. transformation methods, the Gota production facilities have the capacity of producing gota organic aquasorb fertilizer, and through market research and related experiments, determined the prototype product rules, usage and water retaining agent and other materials, making the operation indexes of production ratio and various technical jobs, more smoothly the pilot work.The prototype mark detection, water retaining agent, organic matter and nitrogen phosphorus potassium inorganic salt complex ideal. The tower organic aquasorb fertilizer based on maintaining the nitrogen phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on inorganic salt, with the soil and water conserving function activation.Then, through the field fertilizer experiment, verify the tower organic aquasorb fertilizer efficiency. Compared with no fertilizer and ordinary fertilizer application of tower, tower organic aquasorb fertilizer on experimental varieties Lu cited 1 potato yield rate reached 57.7% and 20.2% respectively, the fertilizer efficiency of ideal.Finally, through the economic performance of the tower organic aquasorb fertilizer analysis, input output higher than to verify the rationality and feasibility of the new type of fertilizer. Research and development of pilot work as expected, smooth finished.
