Bulk metallic glass(BMG) as a new material, famous of its unique atomic agency which has excellent performance, such as high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance.However the obvious defects of the BMG is poor plasticity under room temperature tensile and compression test,this defects of BMG directly affects its application in the development of engineering structure materials. So the research of the BMG is focus on how improve its plastic deformation capacity.We choose the Zr based BULK metallic glass Cu46Zr46Al8 and Zr52.5Cu17.9Ni14.6Al10Ti5 using the YAG laser treatment ang liear torsion test machine which set twisting speed of two kinds of pretreatment methods. By using X ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), analysis the microstructure and composition of the BMG. And get both the two system BMG’s plastic ability by compression test. At last using the Zr52.5Cu17.9Ni14.6Al10Ti5BMG’s date of compression and torsion test, to derive the multidimensional stress constitutive relation,carries on the analysis to its yisld deformation behavior.The result show: the cladding layer by laser treatment of Cu46Zr46Al8 BMG on the surface induced the formation of surface nanocrystal, that method can effectively improve the plasticity of BMG. The adjustment of laser parameters can effectively control the BMG’s crystal in the size,scope and quantity. Through the shear precess of Zr52.5Cu17.9Ni14.6Al10Ti5 BMG in turn,change the microstructure induced by shear zone, the growth ang pread can effectively improve the BMG’s plasticity. And combine the shearing, compression experimental’s data, proved that two kinds equations of constitutive relation of plastic BMG.By the conclusion,we can application the mehod of constitutive relation of materials in all BMG even other new materials.
