Hard cutting has become a new way of hardened steel processing, because of it has good advantages in flexibility, machining efficiency and surface quality, but the prediction and control of cutting hard surface integrity of research needs to be done system.Through the analysis method, the geometry model has been established which include vibration effects of factors on rough surface in this paper. Using PCBN Cutting Hardened GCr15 steel test in CAK4085 lathe, cutting parameters as test factors of orthogonal test design, to surface roughness and machining process of vibration for parity index, analysis the state hard cutting parameters and vibration cutting of hardened steel surface roughness effects. On the basis of the above, combined with the hard state in the process of cutting vibration and cutting parameters and cutting of hardened steel surface roughness degree of prediction model was established by multiple linear regression.Based on DEFORM 3D software and finite element simulation technology, the cutting process of cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature is simulated. Using the single factor experiment method, the simulation analysis of the cutting parameters and cutting vibration influence on surface residual stress of hardened steel. Orthogonal cutting experiment, the combination of vibration in the process of hard cutting and cutting parameters, the calculation of multivariate linear regression is established cutting hardened steel surface roughness prediction model.Hrough microscopic observation was carried out on the cutting surface of white layer, cutting parameters as test factors orthogonal test design, to the white layer thickness and cutting vibration as parity index, in the process of hard cutting parameters and cutting vibration is analyzed the influence of white layer on the surface of a hardened steel. Based on the above, the combination of vibration in the process of hard cutting and cutting parameters, the calculation cutting hardened steel with multiple linear regression to establish the prediction model of surface roughness.This article adopts the method of test and finite element simulation are systematically studied hard machining surface integrity, influencing factors, provide theoretical basis for hard machining technology application and technical support.
