IF steel is the mainly material in the modern automobile industry. The hot rolling is one of the most important links in the production process to gain the better steel of automobile. It is necessary to study the resistance and microstructure of IF steel in different rolling temperature, different rolling speed and different degree of deformation. It has very great theoretical and real role to comprehend the hot deformation behavior of the IF steel in the hot rolling process. In recent years, because the IF steel has excellent deep drawing and no timely, it has become a national automobile steel plate production levels. Property of IF steel with hot rolling of the precipitates, and ferrite rolling technology has become the mainstream of the IF steel hot rolling process, in order to understand the hot rolling process and precipitates. This paper discusses the different deformation degree,deformation temperature, deformation rate cases, deposition characteristics and precipitation behavior.In this paper, TI-IF steel was selected as the research object, using Gleeble-3500 hot simulator to preprocess it, determination of the deformation temperature is 700℃, 800℃, 900℃, 1000℃, 1100℃,deformation is 0~20%, the deformation velocity were strain 0.1s-1, 1s-1, 10s-1 stress curve, analyses its mechanical properties, and observe the quenched organization by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope. The results showed that, the higher deformation temperature and the deformation rate, the smaller the grain of Ti-IF steel. For the mechanical properties, except in the twophase region, temperature reduced the compressive strength, the compressive strength of Ti-IF containing steel decreases with deformation temperature increasing; deformation rate increase, the stress and strain corresponding to the same are increased to different extent, and the deformation rate under the same temperature, different curve is shown significant differences; the increase of the deformation degree, increase the compressive strength, in the same degree of deformation and deformation rate, the higher the temperature, the smaller the compressive strength. This paper discusses the precipitates the relationship between behavior and organizational change and combined with mechanical performance analysis of advantages and disadvantages of each process under the organization.
