About 2% of the sulfur in the fuel oil can be converted into finally has strong adsorption ability of particulate matter(PM), these particles are a variety of pollutants carrier and catalyst, not only can lead to acid rain, global warming and air pollution, and easy to react to generate carcinogenic substances, it is necessary that carry out the oil in the organic sulfur removal.1. Heteropolyacid ionic liquids and H2O2 were tested in extraction-oxidative desulfurization system, [Bmim]BF4 was extractant, the sulphur removal efficiency of S-compounds in the model oil(thiophenes in n-octane) was investigated. The results show that the heteropolyacid ionic liquids([BBSBIM]3PM) was catalyst, n(O) : n(S) = 10 : 1, n(DBT) : n(ionic liquid) = 120 : 1, at 40 oC for 8 h. The ratios of desulfurization to the model oil of dibenzothiophene(DBT) reached 90.6%, Ionic liquid can be recycled for 5 times with an unnoticeable decrease in desulfurization activity. The method can realize deep desulfurization the depth have the advantages of both simple operation and mild reaction condition.2. A new class of ionic liquids(ILs) 1-benzylimidazole-3-carboxymethyl double trifluoromethanesulfonimide has been were synthesized and characterized. Ionic liquids and hydrogen peroxide were tested in extraction-oxidative desulfurization system, the sulphur removal efficiency of S-compounds in the model oil was investigated. The results show that the 1-Benzylimidazole-3-carboxymethyl double trifluoromethanesulfonimide salt([C2O2Bnim][NTf2]) was both extractant and catalyst, n(O) : n(S) = 5 : 1, m([C2O2Bnim][NTf2]) : m(model oil) = 1 : 7, at 60 oC for 3 h. The ratios of desulfurization to the model oil of dibenzothiophene(DBT), benzothiophene(BT) and thiophene(T) reached 98.6%, 94.6% and 47.5%. Ionic liquid can be recycled for 8 times with an unnoticeable decrease in desulfurization activity. The method can realize deep desulfurization the depth have the advantages of both simple operation and mild reaction condition.3. A new class of ionic liquid N-methylcaprolactam caprolactam carboxylic acid ionic liquid, ultrasound-assisted ionic liquids and hydrogen peroxide were tested in extraction-oxidative desulfurization system, the sulphur removal efficiency of S-compounds in the model oil was investigated. The results show that the N-methylcaprolactam caprolactam carboxylic acid ionic liquid([HNMCPL][HCOO]) was both extractant and catalyst, n(O) : n(S) = 15 : 1, V([HNMCPL][HCOO]) : V(model oil) = 1 : 3, at 60 oC, ultrasound power is 400 W for 30 min. Three kinds of sulfide desulfurization rate size order: DBT > BT > T, The ratios of desulfurization to the model oil of dibenzothiophene(DBT) reached 99.2 %.
