With the increasing demand for industrial production and super fine machining quality requirements for high-speed direct drive feed system has good dynamic characteristic to increase the smoothness of motion, so as to improve the processing efficiency and improve the quality of the products. High speed direct drive feed system driven by linear motor, with no gap, high acceleration, high speed and high bandwidth transmission characteristics, more and more replace rotary motor + ball screw drive in machine tool of high-grade numerical control is adopted. Based on high speed direct drive feed system as the research object, the dynamic performance of the system and mechanical system dynamic characteristic parameter identification method for control of in-depth study, by mechanical structure optimization, and controller parameter regulation to improve the positioning accuracy of the system to provide a basis.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)The establishment of high-speed direct drive feed system of 3D entity model. To establish the model of three-dimensional high speed feed motion platform driven by linear synchronous motor SolidWorks software. Taking the simplified base and the mover connected part of the cross roller guide, lay the foundation for the further modal parameter identification(2)Dynamic characteristic parameter identification method research. Separately introduced the commonly used modality parameter identification method from the time domain and the frequency. To based on the movement experimental modality parameter identification method drive method and the signal choice, as well as the sine swept the frequency signal to have the method to conduct the research.(3)Analysis of dynamic performance of high speed control system of direct drive feed system. The establishment of mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, and establishes a model of controlling system, set up the control system simulation model in the MATLAB Simulink, are simulated in the current loop, speed loop, position loop dynamic performance, and solve the closed loop transfer function. Considering the mechanical structure change influence on the dynamic performance of the motor, the influence of different quality on the dynamic performance of the system is analyzed.(4)Analysis of dynamic characteristics of high speed direct drive feed system. The differential equations of motion of the first from the viewpoint of energy on the application of multi degree of freedom system is established the Lagrange equation. In the generalized coordinates, the system dynamics model is established, the dynamic characteristic analysis. The natural frequency is an important factor to affect the dynamic characteristics of high speed, the application of ANSYS software to the simplification of the direct drive feed system modal simulation analysis.(5)High speed direct drive feed system test platform design and dynamic parameter identification. Aiming at the dynamic characteristic parameters need to test, the design of the test platform was built to feed system. The test platform is divided into three parts the feed motion analysis, measurement system and the software platform, through the sine sweep test, input-output signal for modal parameter identification based on the axial feed system. Dynamic experimental modal parameter identification of sub platform through the hammer method, to analyze the data using the LMS test.lab, analyzed the system natural frequency and the modal assurance criterion MAC for model verification.In this study, through the establishment of dynamic model of high-speed direct drive feed system, focuses on the analysis of the dynamic performance of control system, through the ANSYS Workbench software, modal analysis, analysis of the system’s dynamic sliding mode shapes and natural frequencies of. The test platform was built the dynamic characteristics of feed system, the parameter identification using LMS test.lab software, which provides the theoretical foundation to improve the dynamic performance of high speed direct drive feed system, has a positive meaning and important role of wide application of direct drive feed system.
