As an important means of improving oil recovery and reducing carbon emissions, carbondioxide flooding technology has wide application prospect in our country. But once the leakage and diffusion accident occurred in the gathering and transferring system, it can cause serious casualties and property damage.Based on the present research status, this paper focuses on the detection experiment of hydrogen sulfide concentration and numerical simulation of leakage and diffusion in CO2-EOR gathering system, aiming to the hazard evaluation of hydrogen sulfide leakage diffusion and the risk control measures.1. After the field testing of the releasing gas, we can analysis of test results, determine the mass fraction of components and the total leakage, etc. At the same time, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide around the vent is detected, which provides the standard for numerical simulation.2. Establish the model according to the actual environment, combine with the local meteorological conditions, determine the numerical computational scheme and use the FLUENT software to accomplish the simulation of typical meteorological conditions of hydrogen sulfide leakage diffusion accidents. Use the result to evaluate the diffusion hazard range of H2 S diffusion. The diffusion of hydrogen sulfide was simulated under different wind speed and leakage rate, and the influence of different factors on the diffusion of hydrogen sulfide was analyzed. The results show that the diffusion distance of hydrogen sulfide increased with the leakage quantity, and the dangerous area expanded gradually. Temperature increase is conducive to the accumulation and diffusion of hydrogen sulfide concentration. The larger the wind speed, the narrower the diffusion region shape. The wind condition is conducive to the diffusion of hydrogen sulfide, the accumulation of high concentration of hydrogen sulfide is not easy to form.3. Comparing the numerical simulation results with the field test data, we can determine the hazard range of hydrogen sulfide leakage diffusion in different conditions. Combined with the actual oil production process, the risk control measures will be put forward, which can provide the accident pre-processing plan to reduce the casualties and property damage caused by the leakage and diffusion accident.
