| Alkaloids are the natural active ingredients of many kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and the medicinal plants. Therefore, studying the extraction, separation and purification of alkaloids has very important significance on Chinese medicine industry. Extracting alkaloids from Chinese herbal medicine is a very important way to develop new medicines except artificial synthesizing. Traditional Chinese medicine extracting and separating methods have become more widely used, but it has a certain application limits, and also restricts the development of the technology. Therefore, in this paper, abandoning the traditional way, emulsion liquid membrane extraction technology is used to extract the alkaloids of Chinese herbal medicine.This paper preliminarily extracted alkaloids from Chinese herbal medicine using the emulsion liquid membrane extraction. The stability of the emulsion of traditional emulsion liquid membrane extraction is poor. When it is dispersed to Chinese herbal extract, it will appear a large number of emulsion breakage, leading to the failure of mass transfer. Found in the experiments, the rubber as emulsifier can greatly improve the emulsion stability, which can realize the separation of alkaloids from herbal extract. In this paper, the alkaloids of two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine-alangium platanifolium root and celandine were studied. The experiments also investigated the principles of emulsion liquid membrane extraction, the difference between traditional liquid-liquid extraction, the change of the indicators in the process of emulsion liquid membrane preparation on the result of final extraction, as well as the comparison of the extraction result of the crude drugs and the processing samples. |
