The harm of the high heat in mines refers to that the environmental temperature in mines is beyond the temperature balance of normal human can endure,which leads to lower efficiency of labors,higher chance of security issues and more of a threat to labors’ health.the existing way of the overall mine cooling has some disadvantages such as the high cost and the tube jam,while the local way has poor effect and pose safety hazards even though it costs less.For research and develop new low-cost efficient local mine cooling device,this paper analyses the composition,the principle and the cooling characteristic of the system according to the proposed local mine cooling device based on the turbine expansion refrigeration systematically,at the same time,carries on the numerical simulation study for the process of the hybrid of the hot and cold wind in the mixing device linked to the bottom of the system to provide the reference for subsequent optimization of devices.The thesis has mainly done the following works:(1) this paper analyses the composition,the principle and the cooling characteristic of the system according to the proposed local mine cooling device based on the turbine expansion refrigeration machine,shows that this cooling way is effective and safe enough to use in mines which are explosive.At the same time,it points out that the final temperature of the air which is provided to the labors depends on whether the design of the hybrid of the hot and cold wind in the mixing device linked to the bottom of the system is good enough.At present,there are little research for the hybrid structure,so we need to study the internal structure systematically.(2) Calculate and simulate the temperature field of the mixing device above based on the stokes equations and the turbulence model with fluent and gambit,which can help us to research the change trend of the temperature and velocity field of the airflow in the mixing device when change the temperature and velocity of the supply air at the entrance.At last,calculate the appropriate temperature and velocity in combination with the result of the simulation,the working principle of the cooling system and the actual situation of the mines.
