Nowadays the ultrasonic processing obtained widespread application in the food industry, but most of the ultrasonic processing equipment is for industrial grade.This paper is written for a ultrasonic processing machine for the commercial equipment. This equipment rely on the principle of ultrasonic "cavitation effect".Cavitation effect by ultrasonic processing in liquids produced in local super high temperature super high pressure to change the food or liquids in the cellular structure and a series of physical and chemical reaction will occur.We can use cavitation effect processing wine or food without heating.Ultrsonic processing machine is suit for the drink like red wine which is sensitive to temperature. The ultrosonic can change the physical and chemical structure inside the drinks.Cavitation will work significantly, so it can improve the taste of the food by processing with ultrasonic.In this thesis,domestic and international present and developing condition of ultrasonic research is introduced.And some of the ultrasonic cavitation theory is discussed detailed.In this paper, we use data make a series of research on the theory of ultrasonic.This thesis discusses the influence of ultrasonic processing’s parameters, and the movement of ultrasonic cavitation bubbles made mathematical modeling.Through theoretical analysis, the 20 k HZ, sound intensity for 100 w ultrasonic processing medium for processing is ultimately determined.In this paper, the sandwich piezoelectric transducer is chosen for the design of ultrasonic processor transducer.Sandwich piezoelectric transducer could offer big power, high efficiency and frequency optional features.In this paper, we compare the piezoelectric ceramics and other materials,put forward the advantage and disadvantage of those materials. Then piezoelectric ceramics as piezoelectric materials is ultimately selected.This paper analyzes the force of the sandwich type piezoelectric transducer, and in the third chapter gives the concrete of the parameters for the design of the shape of the transducer.This paper uses the designed based on class E amplifier as the ultrasonic drive amplifier circuit.Class E amplifier using the switch tube, minimize the wastage of the circuit, so the class E amplifier’s efficiency is obviously improved than traditional amplifier.In this paper, based on the principle of class E amplifier circuit diagram class E amplifier circuit is designed,the parameters are caculated and simulation in the PSPICE software is done.Through the simulation,E amplifier can word perfect.In conculusion, this paper has drawed board and made it physical, Eventually get ideal effect.
