In our country, the emergency disposal technology of heavy metal ions in sudden pollution accident, widely used adsorption method, but in practical applications, the granular adsorbent materials need bagging process, and for fast-flowing scene of the accident, the accumulation of granular adsorbent materials will have a greater fluid resistance, reduced adsorption efficiency of the material, which is not conducive to the removal of heavy metal ions in water. Jute fiber has a high-throughput, low flow resistance, easy to obtain characteristics and high mechanical strength, in practical applications can be run directly without bagging, and easy to recycle, which is a very good material in emergency scene applicability. In this paper, jute fiber material currently has low adsorption capacity, poor tensile strength, so jute was grafted with two-step reaction, the first step was etherification by epichlorohydrin, and then amination reaction with triethylenetetramine. After modification, adsorption capacity of Cu(II) was evaluated. The optimum conditions were determined. And jute before and after medication were characterized by FT-IR,SEM, mechanical properties, BET and other analysis materials. Experimental results show that the optimum conditions are: pretreatment conditions for jute cleaned is boiling water to cook after 30 min, then 15% Na OH soaking for 30 min, reagent ratio of1 g jute: 5m L epichlorohydrin: 5m L three TETA; grafting temperature 90 ℃;etherification reaction 3h, amination 1h. FT-IR analysis showed that amino jute successfully grafted to the surface, and tmaintained a certain degree of mechanical strength. The adsorption property of modified jute on Cu(II) attained 120.048 mg / g,much higher than pyromellitic dianhydride modified jute. The influence of p H, temperature, materials, dosage, time, initial concentration, coexistence cation on the adsorption properties of Cu(II) were systematic analyzed. And the results show that p H need not change; as the temperature increases, adsorption increases after modification jute; adsorption reaction can reach equilibrium for about20 min at room temperature. The adsorption capacity was improved from 7mg/g to120mg/g after modification. the modified effect was significant. The results showed that the regeneration of the material, nitric acid regeneration of jute has a good effect, enabling the reuse of materials.Adsorption factors were analyzed by dynamic adsorption column, and the corresponding model were used to fit the analysis results. As can be seen, in higher flow rates and higher initial concentration conditions,Yoon-Nelson model fittes better.Taking appropriate padding mode can improve material utilization and water treatment effect.Horizontal + bulk fill, not only to maintain a high flux over the water, but also to achieve better removal of Cu(II) ions; From Nullah Dynamic device simulation results:under h orizontal + bulk material filling, the final removal rate of Cu(II) ion can reach about 90%, the effect is obvious. It has a very important practical application.
