Fluorinated acrylate resin coating with good hydrophobic properties and o ther excellent performance, therefore have great potential applications. However, the tolerance and the mechanical properties of the polymer coating are generally poor, thus limiting its application in practice. The study aims to prepare a superhydrophobic coating not only improves film performance with curing crosslinking reaction, but also distributes the modified Si O2 nano particles on the superhydrophobic coating by reaction between –NCO and-COOH, so that it can get a better application in oil/water seperation. For these reasons, main contents are as follows:First, the preparation of superhydrophobic films by P(MMA-BA-HEMA)-b-PFMA with a simple one-step casting process. Nanoscale micelle particles was obtained by dissolving the polymer and curing agent in the mixture of acetone and 1H,1H, 5H octafluoropentyl-1, 1, 2, 2 tetrafluoroethyl ether(FHT). Superhydrophobic films were fabricated by casting the micelle solution on the glass slides. By controlling the polymer concentration and acetone/FHT volume ratio, superhydrophobic polymer film with water contact angle of 153.2 ± 2.1? and sliding angle of 4? was obtained. By introducing a curing agent into the micelle solution, mechanical properties of the films can be improved. The adhension grade and hardness of the crosslinked superhydrophobic films reached 2 grade and 3H, respectively. Studies have shown that micro and nano structures formed during the process of self assembly.Then, prepared hydrophilic cross-linkable PAA / nano-silica with ATRP, and investigated the grafting rate of tert-butyl ester on the surface of modified nano silicon particles was 55.8%. When m(APTMOS)/m(Si O2)=4, the average size of the particles was 32.7 nm. Through a simple casting and impregnating method, a hydrophilic-superhydrophobic composite coating was prepared.
