Compared with the traditional process of denitrification, anammox process has the advantages of high efficiency of nitrogen removal, and low energy consumption, high removal rate, which is highly valued by various researchers and scholars since its discovery. In this experiment, operation conditions and the promotion and application of the technology of partial nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation were studied through the analysis of simulated wastewater and high concentration of Landfill Leachate. To study the feasibility of leachate, the end p H method in SBR reactor and partial nitrification process control characteristics and waste disposal was applied. The results show that, the p H endpoint method can effectively realize partial nitrification purposes. In many conditions, the effective control of setting the p H value is a key factor to achieve effluent NO2--N/NH4+-N molar ratio.Through the SBR reactor to study the partial nitrification, analysis of influence of NO2--N/NH4+-N molar ratio, water under stirring and without stirring condition the results showed that the mixing part of little effect on nitrification, anaerobic ammonia oxidation process are less affected. In a certain period of time, partial nitrification effluent ammonia, nitrite and nitrate can remain relatively stable while p H gradually increased and eventually stabilize at a certain range of values; conductivity decreased and then increased. COD decreased, while the alkalinity appeared first increased and then decreased.The end of the landfill leachate treatment p H control method can effectively get NO2--N/NH4+-N for 1.32 of the proportion of water. During the test, using the simulated wastewater by anaerobic ammonia oxidation test can get the treatment effect and high efficiency, but when minimized the removal effect, the result can be close to perfect. The influent NO2--N/NH4+-N ratio and p H value affect the processing effect of anaerobic ammonia oxidation. When the influent NO2--N/NH4+-N ratio close to the theory in 1.32, the best treatment effect showed; the inhibition of nitrite toxicity is greater than ammonia. When the influent p H value is 7-8, the reactor at high efficiency operating condition and reaction process of p H is too high or too low so that is will inhibit ANAMMOX.The two step partial nitrification coupled anaerobic ammonia oxidation process had better removal effect, the NH4+-N and NO2--N removal ratio can reach more than 90%, the test effect is good; because the process principle of the complex step type partial nitrification coupled anaerobic ammonia oxidation process, therefore in the running process, run the effect is not too obvious, the theoretical basis and principle of which still need further research; analysis of modified two step partial nitrification coupled anaerobic ammonia oxidation process operation process, put forward a kind of reference coupling treatment reactor for practical engineering.
