In this paper, the actual operation condition of improved A2/O process in the fifth sewage treatment plant of Xi’an City as the research object.Through the investigation and analysis of actual monitoring data in the Wastewater Treatment Plant for about one year, this paper obtained the actual water inflow total variation coefficient and analyzed the changes of the sludge production and power consumption. And, analyzed the efficacy of organic materials removal, the results showed that the total efficiency of COD,BOD5,TN,NH4+-N,TP and SS removal can reach 95.60%,97.10%,74.63%, 97.49%,89.80% and 98.00% above, in addition,this progress had strong anti-impact load ability,so water quality was more stable. Meanwhile, the author analyzed the main factors of unstable effects of phosphorus removal. The results show that the mainly factors are the poor environment of anaerobic period, longer sludge age, sludge bulking, return sludge water with high NO3--N content and PO43--P content, ect. The improvement measures have been put forward according to the experimental results,such as reducing the external reflux ratio, increasing internal reflux ratio, adjusting the sludge age,adjusting the aeration process,and selecting process parameters reasonably.Selecting several kinds of common chemical flocculant, carrying on the comparison to different drug treatment effect, the results could be a reference for the chemical phosphorus removal system operation agents in the future.Directed against the phenomenon of the second pond of the sewage treatment plant sludge floating, analyzes the causes of sludge floating and corresponding measures. The results could provide technical reference for practical operation of the plant management.Through the analysis of the debugging process of the egg-shaped digesters,thispaper is summarized the main steps and analysis indicators of the debugging process of the egg-shaped digesters, and testing the debugging process of the egg-shaped digesters main operating data.CH4 content of between 55% ~ 70%, CO2 content is 28% ~ 36%,O2 content remains at about 1%. And It aims at the problems appearing during states commissioning,analyzes the reason, and proposes the measures to handle the problems.The conclutions can provide reference for similar sewage treatment plants.
