The thesis presents the study on the synthesis and properties of organic/inorganic hybrid nanomaterials, using the template method. And this work realize the controlling of structure, morphology and electrical properties of the heterojunction nanowire by changing the experimental conditions. And another organic/organic hybrid nanomaterial is made by the vapor deposition method, which is using a new type of allotropes of carbon and organic charge-transfer salt as the basic building units. And its field emission properties are studied. The works are as follows:(1) Using the template method, Cu TCNQ/Cu S heterjunction nanowire is fabricated. The morphology and the electrical properties of the Cu TCNQ/Cu S heterojunction nanowire were characterized. The results showed that the heterojunction nanowire had excellent characteristic of diode rectifier. And the rectifying features of nanowire array would increase with the strength of the light. This made Cu TCNQ/Cu S heterojunction nanowires might become a new generation of optoelectronic devices.(2) By changing the experiment conditions, four different junction area Cu TCNQ/Cu S heterojunction nanowires were synthetised. And studied the relationship between its electrical properties and junction area. The results showed that Cu TCNQ/Cu S heterojuntion nanowire’s diode rectifier would decreased with the increase of junction aera. This provided us a new thought to get a high diode rectifier material.(3) Large area of graphdiyne films were made successfully on the suface of the copper foil. The Cu TCNQ nanowires were grown on the graphdiyne film by the vapor deposition method and the graphdiyne/Cu TCNQ hybrid nanomaterial were successfully made. The field emission properties of the hybrid nanomaterial had been characterized. The result showed that it had excellent filed emission properties. And the investigation on the filed emission stability showed it had high filed emission stability.
