Common machine tool processing of small precision parts high cost, energy consumption and the high accuracy, easy to cause the material waste and difficult to machining parts with complex shape.For small precision machining complex shape parts, reduce the processing cost, this article aims to complete the initial design of a micro precision milling machine, the main research content has the following several aspects:(1) The micro machine structure design, determine the major technical parameters of micro machine tools and functional requirements.The transmission principle and structure of miniature machine tool, determine the machine tool system.Completed the machine tool spindle unit and linear feeding scheme design, and a new selection of machine tool bed material.(2) The double turntable system of machine tool for the design, according to the accuracy of machine tool and determine the driving mode of turntable, volume of the motor and the bearing type selection calculation, and the function design of the turntable for turntable pneumatic clamping mechanism.(3) A major part of the machine tool and machine tool machine for 3 d modeling, using the finite element analysis software to carry on the corresponding static and dynamic analysis, verifying the rationality of the structure also found problems in the design and seek appropriate solutions.(4) The micro precision milling machine belongs to the high precision processing equipment, easily affected by temperature.This paper to simulate the milling machine in 22 ?C at room temperature under the condition of temperature distribution in the process of work, analysis of machine tool bed hot- structure coupling deformation and the effects on the accuracy of machine tools, and put forward solutions to these problems, for machine tool design and structure optimization of cooling system to provide the reference.
