| Due to the CNC spring coiling machine has higher production efficiency and the degree of automation, moreover, it can be rolled out the special-shaped springs easily.therefore, it has been applied widely in main spring manufacturing enterprises in domestic. But because the various factors such as model parameters, technology parameters and material properties influence each other in the process of CNC spring coiling, it also needs a lot of previous test work for different spring in the actual production to determine processing technology. It not only prolongs the production cycle and increases the production cost, but also is difficult to guarantee the forming quality. At the same time, it often causes the phenomenon such as squash spring wire,insufficient stretched out length and large fluctuation of forming speed owing to the reduction of roller is too big or too small. It impacts the production efficiency and quality of spring seriously. Therefore, it is the key to improve the quality of spring forming and realize the further development of spring CNC coiling forming technology to research the elastic-plastic bending forming process of the spring and analyse the influence rule of spring forming and spring-back about model and technology parameters by adopting the method of numerical analysis and the finite element software.Focusing on these problems, the motion and mechanical analysis are made in the deformation process of spring wire and the mathematical model of spring spatial bendforming is established based on the characteristics of spring CNC coiling forming. At the same time, the mathematical expressions of bending radius of spring wire, speed of spring wire feed and space installation angle of roller and push rod and the theoretical model of dynamic control the reduction of roller and the traction of spring wire are derived. It provides a new control method to improve the quality of spring forming.The finite element analysis model of spring CNC coiling forming is established by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software based on the dynamic explicit and implicit static analysis method of elastic-plastic finite element and the numerical simulation of spring CNC coiling forming and spring-back is realized. The role of changing over time about unit stress in the process of spring forming and spring-back displacement of unit node after unloading under different technology parameters are analyzed based on the finite element simulation results. Finally, the control system of CNC spring coilingmachine is improved by using the automation technology of ActiveX, Lab VIEW software and PMAC motion controller. The actual spring processing experiment are made based on the improved system. The spring-back role of axial and radial under different technology parameters is studied and the validity of the finite element simulation method is proved.The motion and mechanical analysis in the deformation process of spring wire provides an important reference for the further research of spring CNC forming theory in this paper. Furthermore, the influence role of spring forming and spring-back under different technology parameters what is obtained by finite element simulation and test has a guiding significance for improving the machining precision and forming quality of spring. |
