Through the study on metal zinc phosphate process mechanism and principle.Choice of several anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants which had a good ability of several anti- hard water,and outdoor readily biodegradable. By orthogonal experiment to determine the main ingredient of the mixed surfactant, and with copper sulfate drip experiments to test it. Influence of mixed surfactants on zinc phosphate coating was investigated by means of coating weight tests, appearance and corrosion resistance. According to the research content of this article is divided into three parts:First, A low foam degreaser that can efficiently remove oil and grease from metal surface at room temperature was developed. Low foam nonionic surfactants and Anionic surfactant were selected by formulation experiment. The effect of individual component of the degreaser on degreasing effect was studied by orthogonal test, and the optimal composition was obtained as follows: coconut diethanol amide(6501)0.6g/L, primary alcobol ethoxylate(AEO9)1g/L, sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate(AOS)0.2g/L, alkylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10)1.2g/L, inhibitor 2g/L, inorganic additives5g/L, organic additives 1g/L. To could sure that this ingredient is environment friendly and safe with high cleaning efficiency. It has good corrosion preventive properties, can replace conventional organic solvents and alkaline washing liquid.Second, Through the study on metal zinc phosphate process mechanism and principle. The phosphate coating formed was more compact and thecrystals of the coating were finer, the adhesion and alkali resistance were enhanced after adding surfactants in zinc phosphates solution.Third, By orthogonal experiment to determine the composition of the “4 in1”phosphate solution, experiment with copper sulfate and hydrochloric acid fog drip as a test of the experimental method, and ultimately determine the Ni(NO3)25g/L,Zn O12g/L, H3PO4300 m L/L,Zn(NO3)227g/L,Na F5g/L,a surfactant compound 11g/L,tartaric acid 4g/L, citric acid 1g /L, thiourea 1g/L of the chemical composition, the use of FT- IR, EDX, SEM and other methods to characterize them. The results showed that the phosphate solution can well remove rust and oil on the steel surface.Compact and uniform phosphate coating, and has good corrosion resistance. Through the circulation of similar products on the market a lot of research, this phosphate solution obtained for comparison with similar products, it is the same in the case of all aspects of performance indicators are better than similar products.
