| The bio-nanomaterials are widely applicable in the field of biomedicine and chemical analysis. To the best of our knowledge, it represents one of the fastest developing and most promising areas of nanotechenology. Modification of nanoparticles is the most crucial step in the preparation of the bio-nanomaterials. We used Sacrificial template method to architecture a kind of nanomaterial which exhibit unique plasmonic properties by utilizing gold nanoparticles as a asubstrate to interact with amino acid and peptide. The amine group of lysosome develop weak covalent bond with the gold nanoparticles and thiol group of cysteine make a bond on the gold surface and induces unstablity. At the same time, some small gold species produced via a core etching method through ‘top-down’approach. With the help of modification, one can design the amino acid sequencing by conjugating peptide to gold nanoparticles and making them more stable. With the help of these peptide linkages targeted drug delivery could be possible to the cancer cells. |
