With the advancement of China’s industrialization process,the demand for aluminum powers has gradually increased year by year. Meanwhile, the loss of aluminum powers is also increasing in the course of loading and unloading. Based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and actual engineering application, this paper makes researches on dust collector’s dedusting mechanism and structure and power’s force motion, and focally studies the bag dust collector’s structure and operating conditions.This paper analyzes the force condition of alumina powder so as to confirm the force types during powder movement. The stress state of powder loading and unloading of physical modeling, for aluminum powder into the discharge hopper by gravity, collision force, drag force, the rebound comprehensive state force analysis, the oxidation of aluminum powder flying to the sports initial velocity distribution and to the movement of the force tends to 0 the velocity distribution and the dust cover opening control dust attraction and adsorption characteristics of dust particles float in the sky. The results show that the initial velocity distribution is not uniform, and the initial velocity of different regions is different..Calculation of aluminum powder unloading hopper collision rebound effect of the initial velocity, and this initial velocity and transform block dust plate height on flow field is simulated, the study of aluminum powder unloading drop collision force formed buoyant air pressure field and velocity field distribution. Dust is the key link of crane grab the powder discharging into the hopper, study the establishment of the air bag type flexible cover dust in the dust facilities, obtained by calculating the increase the airbag in the dust removal efficiency and maximum control of alumina powder in the loading and unloading dust flying phenomenon.This research results not only for loading and unloading of alumina powder dust flies upwards to a good control effect and of other metal powder material handling of dust control and recovery has very good reference and guidance role.There are 34 figures, 5 tables, 72 references in this paper...
