Development Of Simulation System For Defect Detecting Of Anticorrosive Coating Of Buried Metallic Pipeline

There are many different kinds of testing instruments and meters for pipeline at present. The rapid development of the principle and composite technology used in a variety of instruments, require the operators to be trained in order to master the instruments working principle and improve the level of operation technology, enhance reliable technical data for the pipeline operation and maintenance.The designed System consists of a computer and field simulation controller. The control computer can be Desktop computer is in indoor or portable laptop. Simulation controller mainly include communication system, simulation of signal control board and signal generator.The communication system consists of the RS-485 cable module and Zig Bee cellular mobile communication module, used to implement remote wired and wireless control function of leak signal.Simulation of signal control board development based on STM32F103ZET6 chip.The chip’s I/O outputs control each leak leakage signal status and strength.Signal generator is also based on STM32F103ZET6, using the output of the PWM signal, through a low-pass filter to produce target sine waveform, at last output the leakage signal through the power.Remote control software based on Windows operating system, using Visual Basic development tool,which is running on the host control computer. It can remote control the leak signal and has student achievement database management functions.The leak of the remote control signal system has two functions: random setting and manually; Student achievement database management uss the Visual Basic OLE component to control Excel spreadsheet processing document, achieve the function of student information management and score recorded.Research analog signal generator of buried pipeline corrosion defects,simulating a variety of pipeline corrosion leakage. This system can not only simulate the pure type leakage, also can simulate different kinds of leakage, and makes the operating personnel realize accurate and efficient pipeline detection of defects after training.
