While using traditional processing methods for processing hard material workpiece,it is difficult to maintain steady pressure on the contact points of workpiece and even the removal of residues. the process removal mode of "Killing with Killing" and "Killing with hard" due to the boundedness, has been challenged by chemical mechanical polishing, soft body abrasive and other processing methods. Utilizing elastic abrasive to process hard material of the workpiece, since the elastic abrasive substrate is relatively soft, it is not easy to scratch the machined surface,and has the advantages of uniform grain distribution. But when the elastic abrasive processing workpiece generated elastically yielding is not controlled and gets diversity, resulting elastic abrasive wear was very amount, grinding and polishing efficiency is not high, and the surface precision grinding and polishing parameters influence were not interpretation theoretically. So study the relationship between the parameters of grinding and polishing and grinding and polishing effect is very important.The paper focuses on elasticity and Hertz contact theory to study contact characteristics of two elastic bodies, the establishment of an elastic abrasive grinding and polishing the surface microscopic contact model. Firstly, using Hertz contact theory analyzes the distribution law of residual peak suffered with Hz within a conduct circle,from the ball and the ball touching relationship, get the ball and after contact with the plane deformation relationship; And then based on the three important parameters of the workpiece suffered normal stress, line speed, cutting force on elastic abrasive grinding and polishing, study the remove law to single residual peak height contacts within research circle, contact an average spacing of contour irregularities microscopic residual peak as a single line spacing is integrated to obtain the contact circle throughout removeresidual peak height variation with time; Later combination with the actual grinding and polishing, making the chart that peak removed area changed with grinding and polishing parameters, and considered a functional parameter values estimated in accordance with the least squares method. Finally,using Taguchi method to design experiments, after logarithmic transformation separation experiments parameters established orthogonal table, adjust grinding and polishing factor variation according to Hertz theoretical derivation of the formula, verify each impact parameter design is reasonable, and compared with surface features under different parameter combinations model,experimental results show that a certain combination of parameters, can achieve the optimal surface.The research obtain the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grant No.51375361).
