But traditional wear water cooling control system automation level is low, especially in small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises, the single control mode is commonly open-loop control, can only implement simple single task sequence control, Certain jobs need manual operation, it is difficult to guarantee the high control precision and efficiency, more difficult to meet the cooling the rapidity and stability of the control bar.In the light of the principle of rod wear water-cooling process, characteristics and technological process for research, analysis of wear core control factors in the process of water cooling, including pressure, temperature and cooling water flow rate and rod rolling piece on the wear before and after the water temperature. Combined with the present state of development of distributed multiprocessor control technology, the paper proposed the rod wear water-cooling distributed multiprocessor closed-loop control scheme. This control method combines the distributed control and the advantages of multiple processors. Applies the ideas of the distributed multiprocessor rod wear water cooling system, designed the rod wear water cooling system architecture. Based on the research of the bar in water cooling control process, to the selection of the software and hardware design; In a distributed multiprocessor architecture on the basis of Siemens PLC programming software design program flow and through STEP 7 shows rod wear water cooling of closed loop control system program design; At last, by Siemens WINCC configuration software monitoring and control system is designed. The system can according to wear after water temperature closed loop control system for steel rolling, implement rod wear after water temperature in a reasonable range, guarantee the production of rod percent of pass.With traditional rod wear water cooling control system and the distributed multiprocessor closed-loop control system after the PC monitoring shows that the rolling temperature stability analysis, proved based on the distributed multiprocessor control rod wear water cooling system design is feasible, not only make the system stability and reliability of the improved, but also realize the rapid response of the system, and the reduced too much human intervention, improve the cooling precision of the bar.
