Titanium dioxide is a kind of abundant natural materials, which has been widely used in photocatalyst, lithium ion battery, solar battery and cell catalyst. Biomimetic synthesis method of titanium is applied in this article,under mild conditions,with long chain molecules as binder and inducer,titanium bis(ammonium lactate) dihydroxide as titanium dioxide precursor, to synthesis titanium dioxide/carbon composites.The main content of the research are as follows:1.By using the method of biomimetic mineralizaion synthesis ultra-thin layer structure of titanium dioxide/graphene composites in water,with the graphene oxide as soft template and carbon source,polyethyleneimine as inducers and binder,organic titanium dioxide precursor. Its specific surface area is 172m2/g and titanium dioxide can reach more than 82%.when the composites process under 5000 C and 5% hydrogen/argon atmosphere,the polyethyleneimine occurs cracking and the amorphous titanium dioxide transform into anatase phase. The nets and thin layer structure of titanium dioxide is formed at the same time. In the lithium ion battery application testing, the capacity can reach 155 m Ah/g after 50 laps under the condition of 5C ratio cycle. while capacity can remain 115 mAh/g after 2000 laps under 25 C ratio. Compared with the ordinary commercial anatase titanium dioxide,the former have obviously improve lithium ion battery electric properties.2.After using urea urea enzyme hydrolysis and heat treatment, titanium dioxide/carbon nanotube composite, and this method was applied to the preparation of other metal oxide/carbon nanotubes composites,introduce precious metal platinum to formation of carbon nanotube/ternary compound structure of platinum/titanium dioxide/carbon nanotubes,this material can be applied in the methanol electric catalytic oxidation.
