Circular diamond saw is one of the main cutting tools in cutting stones. The quality of the processed stone mostly depends on the quality of the circular saw-blade. And that the axial run-out and stress distribution are important factors in determining the property of saw-blade itself. So, it becomes a significant task that How to express the discrete run-out data visually and intuitively and work out the stress distribution in the saw-blade according to the run-out data. This paper has elaborated the software which show visually strain and stress of the circular diamond saw-blade. This software can prosecute the serial data communication with a SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) detecting equipment, and manage the data effectively with an DBMS(Data Base Management System). On this condition, apply the finite element theory and the calculational methods of numerical value, figure out the stress distribution in the circular saw-blade. Moreover, it is able to display the strain and stress on the computer screen by means of number and graph, then provide reliable criterion for the tensional treatment of the saw blade. Furthermore, the printout has nicer visual-effect and offers important document for the factory. Manufacture and practice have proved that this internet applications is reliable and convenient for users?operation, and that it meets the demand of the s saw manufacture factory.
