In this dissertation the process of the normal wasted water cleansingmethod, the air dissolved flotation is introduced. Based on the energycost analysis of the air dissolving system, the measures to reduce thecleansing cost are also mentioned.While the absorptionmeter is the main part of the air dissolvingsystem, its equipment's cost could be ignored. In this dissertation. thesaturation is given by the ratio of the actual solubility to the maximumone. The formula to compute saturation and αt-value of the filledabsorptionmeter, the ejected absorptionmeter and the showedabsorptionmeter are deduced. The conclusion is that on the samecleansing conditions, the filled absorptionmeter can have the smallestenergy cost. The absorption efficiency is known as the absorptionquantity of the air per energy unit. SESSIL-Absorptionmeter is knownas the best absorptionmeter in all known filled absorptionmetersbecause it has a much smaller energy cost and a optimized volume.
