Authors carried experiments and researches of pretreatment remove arsenic out about high As-S intractable gold ores in the paper, experiments were carried out in directions of roasting process and wet process. Through repeatedly probe and try out in past approximate half a year, at last, a thought as opposed to traditional methods of treat arsenic and sulfur was established, it was named that arsenic and sulfur separately treats, that is to say, utilizing volatility of arsenic and its chemical compound, it can make arsemferous rate of arsenic removal residue debase to below 0.2% that roast high arsenic ores under protection of inert atmosphere (Nitrogen); Follow-up process of arsenic removal residue was studied in the paper, then two process routes that oxidative roasting to removal sulfur ?residue was soaked by cyanide when it was grinded and anodic oxidation to removal sulfurę¢nodic residue cyaniding were submitted eventually. Specifying finished works have the following some.I)Summarized present situation about study and development of high As-S intractable gold ores, and analyzed some existing problem at present.2)Because most methods of traditional wet preliminary treatment carry out in acid or in basic material, and need high~2~4I~I~i~f~ Xiong Damintemperature and high pressure, equipment demand very high ability to endure corrosion, so the methods are very hard to be spread. However, authors carried out experiments and researches of wet preliminary treatment under the basic condition with Ultrasonic and electric field, but did not gain goad effect, however, as a result, Ultrasonic can accelerate and promote the kind of chemical reaction, and electric field can promote oxidize of sulfide.3)Carried out roasting experiments of arsenic removal under protection of hydrogen gas (representation of reduction gas) or nitrogen (representation of inert gas), a very good effect that arsenic removal rate is more than 98.5% was gained under protection of nitrogen gas, thus the thought of As-S separate treatment was founded, and succeed to found a method of turning product of arsenic removal into resources, that is pure arsenic preparation.4)Camed out studies of temperature influence in the course of removing sulfur, and found a phenomenon that rate of extracting gold raise to heighten roasting temperature.5)Authors have used ultra-grind before extracting gold, according to contrast experiment, confirmed the role that ultra-grind can raise rate of extracting gold, but it will be11decided according to concrete case whether ultra-grind was adopted.6)According to the principles of resolving zinc sulfide in positive pole and the water chloride method extracting gold, authors used a new method that positive pole dissolve and electrolysis extract gold in the course of experiment of extracting gold, 40% rate of extracting gold was gained, then analyzed cause that dregs contain too much gold and extracting gold rate is low.7)Author gains elicitation by Slurry Electrolysis process, socarry out experiment of sulfur removal with anodic oxidation, anodic residue directly proceed cyaniding, then 86.4% gold recovery was gained...
