As the shoitage of energy become more and more serious, many country have to seek newage energy sources for its state safety and its persistable development Many country study biomass energy widely. In the thesis, the catalytic pyrogasiflcation of saw dusts fiurn China is investigated in the fixed bed gasification system which used widely. We cany through the study of pyrogenation, catalytic pyrogasificalion of biomass, the preparation and the screen of catalytic, and the study of catalyst properties. The main study contents and results are followed: 1. Under the pyrogenation of saw dusts of China White Wood, the tar yield vary with calefaction speed, and under 500t can get the most tar. When temperature high than 50(YC,the tar will cut down gradually with the temperature ascend. But if more measure are not taken, the residual tar is a seiious problem to the next working procedure and environment The gas yield is increase with the temperature. 2. Applying the pyrogasification catalyst which made by ourselves, when proceed bion,ass by catalytic pyrogasiflcation,, we can reduce the pyrogasification temperature, increase the burning gas yield, and provide releasing tar. 3. The nickel alaminium catalyst copreciptated is developed. It have the activity at low temperature for the pyrogasification of biomass . The gasification temperature is reduced from 800 to about 70(YC, and the higher purgative level of product gas is obtained without tar. 4. It is proved by the investigations on the property and the characterization of catalyst that the active precursors of the catalyst is the irreyular spinels phase. The optimized catalyst is a stoichiometric N1AI2O4 with Ni/Al 1:2, calcined at about 7000C and reduced under appropriate condition. 5. Apply a new preparation method of catalyst: using of surfacant as assistant reagent by soak precipitation method. Mixed with salt soak solution which coprecipitant with low surface tension and strong penetrated, the carrier can carry more active catalytic element So, we can save expensive melt and reduce cost. 6. Use the multbore fictile as carrier for soaking method. For the ficiile have many characteristic as high mechanism intension, well anti- abraded, well anti-high-temperature, and its legion micro-hole can form many active center.
