Hunan Province, The Causes Of Acid Rain, Hazards And Control Measures Of The Preliminary Study

Acid rain problem becomes more and more serious in china since 1990s? especially in Hunan province that is situated in central-south china. The history and actuality of acid rain pollution was introduced simply and the problems that should be further studied were also indicated. Based on these, the data from the environmental monitor station of Hunan province was systemically analyzed. At the same time, the forming reasons of acid rain of Hunan province were summarized with the link of natural and social situation of Hunan province; then, the effects or possible effects caused by acid rain pollution were presented with the connection of agriculture, forest culture, fish culture and other situations of Hunan province, and the paper indicated that controlling acid rain pollution of Hunan province was imperative under the situation. Ground on the analysis of the forming reasons and effects, the consult measures were put forward in this paper: the fundamental countermeasure to prevent acid rain is the region gross control, changed the structure of energy and resource gradually, develop, exploiture and popularize lower-expense desulfuration technology and equipment, strengthen environmental and establishment manage etc. the research is significative in some extent for controlling acid rain pollution of Hunan province.
