| Numerical interpolation control equipment is one of the most important part in the development of modem numerical control. In this paper, utilizing the method of twice interpolation, a working platform under the environment of Windows 98 has been established. The job of wide interpolation and exact interpolation is done respectively by software and hardware. This platform is suitable to the controlling of service equipment, such as machine tool, manipulator etc .The software platform is built in VC++ 6.0, and the hardware platform is made with ISA general rules and exact interpolation electrocircuit. In the process of design, a mathematical model has been established and the dynamic processes about the equipment was analyzed in detail. With protected Windows model, a special way has been studied and tested for converting the virtual address to the real address. |
