According to the study of phosphorus-burning tower home and abroad, a new energy-saving structure is raised: the phosphorus tower is changed into special boiler .In the paper, by contrasting phosphorus-burning tower with industry boiler,we find many differences hi cooling configuration, conducting property and design aim; hence special design in phosphorus-burning tower. By simulating burning process ,we learn fluid field, temperature field etc. Based on the careful analysis of characteristics of heat transfer and operational factors, in the paper, an engineering method for estimating radiation coefficient in phosphoric furnace is proposed. The error between the result computed and experimental measurement is less than 5%. To advance the resistance of erosion ,316L stainless steel is used as body material.
